I earned my PhD from the University of Glasgow, a Top 65 in the World institution. My work integrates philosophy and psychology into the world of marketing to enhance our understanding of Brand Experience. My work has been published in A-level journals, and I review for the Academy of Marketing Science and American Marketing Association Conferences.

Entrepreneurship has always been the heart of what I do. I apply various skills to my consulting clients who are looking to design and evaluate their brand experience offerings. With a firm expertise in services and numerous industry sectors, I create experiences that connect brands to their consumers.
